Chuy Esquivel began his career as a restaurant executive at the tender age of 26. Initially opening his first restaurant in 2011, he went on to open another in 2016, followed by his most recent endeavor, 423 Taco, scheduled to debut in November 2021.

Chuy’s restaurants focus not just on the food, but on his customer’s overall dining experience. For instance, 423 Taco has not only a traditional restaurant section but also a tequila tunnel with comfy furniture, specifically for the enjoyment of large groups who love tequila shots.
